But uh oh, a bottle runs out. And it's your favourite bottle! What do you do?
Go back to your essential rewards and scope out what you need, and what you want next.
When I first got the kit, I didn't think I'd need wholesale shipping, ordering more oils, or even buy anything more than the starter kit. But as the oils helped me more and more, I got increasingly curious and started to look at the rest of the oils. So once you have your kit, which oils should you get next? Also, as you can see, 4 oils above are from the introductory kit. That kit is amazing and well worth upgrading to 15 ml bottles.
Progessence Phyto plus: FREE! This helps regulate progesterone in a women's body. I did a post about it here.
RC: A blend of eucalyptus globulus and radiata, myrtle, pine, marjoram, lavender and peppermint. This oil is great for de congestion and alleviating cold and sinus issues. I bought this one because when cold and flu season hits in schools, as a substitute teacher, I see it all and get it all. This will help me get back on my feet and running around again in no time.
Clove: This is one of the main ingredients in the Thieves blend and is a powerful single plant oil that numbs pain and fast. Last night after subbing, working and running with even more children, and a percussion ensemble practice of planning and casing up drums, I applied some to my lower back. In an instance, the stiffness was gone and I had a good nights sleep. This will also help the house smell more like fall!
Grapefruit: Last night, I showed my boyfriend my oils. When I got to grapefruit he went "Ooo I like Grapefruit. You can diffuse that one." A step in the right direction! Grapefruit is great for cleansing the liver, and reducing cellulite. I'm going to try it myself by putting 1-2 drops in my water everyday (especially since my lemon is running low.)
Thieves: I am so glad this one came in, especially since cold and flu season is coming. See my post on the power of thieves here.
Valor: My back cracked for joy when this showed up yesterday. See my post about the chiropractor in a bottle here.
Peppermint: One of my favourites. I now have a 5ml in my purse for emergency tension headaches and an oil that I know helps me wonders, and a 15 ml bottle at home. See my post on this amazing oil here.
Wintergreen: This is one of the main ingredients in panaway. Wintergreen fights its way against pain so well that it comes with a child proof lid. It helps ease pain from headaches, sore muscles, arthritis and more. I don't want any of this to happen, but when it does, I'm excited to have wintergreen on my side.
DiGize: DiGize is a great one for stomach issues, especially when flu season comes around. I also got this one for my boyfriend who has IBS. This blend of tarragon, ginger, peppermint, juniper, fennel, lemongrass, anise and patchoulli works great for indigestion, heart burn, nausea, gas pain and more. This oil can also been taken in water to help digestion even quicker, but can also be applied topically.
Joy: FREE! See my testimonial for joy here.
Thieves spray: This spray helps disinfect the bad germs and keeps the good ones. This bottle will be sticking around my purse for those germy days in a school or at work. Hurray for Thieves!
I am still so grateful and thankful to share these oils and testimonials with all of you out there in internet land. I really hope we all get a chance to connect and chat about this oils whether you've never tried them before or are a seasoned veteran. Until then, cheers!
