Any time you do something for the first time, you're usually pretty excited but also nervous (unless it's seeing Doctor Who for the first time. That's just plain exciting). Today, I'm feeling calm as a clam, but my jitters don't usually start until later on. So, I've doused myself in peace and calming, put some lemon and peppermint in my water for some energy and happiness in my tin water bottle (the oils can go through plastic so I've since switched over), and put a bit of joy over my heart. Because today is the day folks. |
I have a pre-made script all ready on my computer, I will meditate today to get into the zone, and then who knows how the day will go?!
