To the left is the Aroma complete. You can buy it for $2000 dollars wholesale OR you can become a distributor, and hope that you can make Silver in Six, hitting the rank of silver in six months. Why? Because you get this FREE. When you hit Si6, or even when you order it, you get a randomized 130, 5ml oils. That is amazing. Did I mention FREE when you hit Si6? Now I'm no where near that, I'm just edging on becoming a senior star (1-3 more people signed up, or the people I have signed up ordering a tiny bit more), and that is quite a ways away from Silver. BUT it is the dream, and I believe that dreams are very important to have. |
Tonight, I attended an event "Young Living Essential Oils: Natural Support for Emotional Wellbeing and Everyday Concerns". This is my first EVER YL event and I was super pumped about it. It is hosted by my uplines upline, who made Si6 and had her aroma complete kit there as well as the freedom kit, the ningxia chrome kit (Christmas), and her rainstone diffuser (which was diffusing a lovely mix of cinnamon bark and orange). She touched on a lot of anxiety, depression and sleep issues that oils can help with, as well as just essential well being and how to get out of funks and out of your dark space. Now, it's way past when I usually go to sleep BUT since I love you guys, read on about oils that help with sleep. |
L to R: Lavender- such a fantastic and versatile oil! From burns and scrapes, to allergies and sleep, lavender can do it all! Best ways for sleep: diffuse 1-2 drops, or apply topically to the back of the neck, bottom of feet or chest. Also, if you're feeling crafty, mix 10 drops of lavender in an amber spray bottle with the rest being filtered water, 1 tsp of vodka and (optional) an emulsifier to help the oil stay mixed longer. |
Best ways for sleep: Diffuse 1-2 drops or apply topically to chest or back of ears.
Cedarwood- my friend says that this smells like a barn. I personally love it because it smells like a mans cologne but I get the barn smell too haha.
Best way for sleep: I personally love putting a few drops across my forehead and on my temples. Not only did I sleep better, I also dream very well when I do this. I'm not sure why, but I definitely don't complain!
Valor- Valor is great for instilling feelings of bravery and alleviating feelings of anxiety or restlessness.
Best way for sleep: If you snore, put a drop on your big toe and bottoms of feet. For anxious sleepers, rub on back of neck and bottoms of feet. This plus peace and calming also makes for a great nights sleep when diffused!
Geranium: This is a new addition to my collection and helps me wind down and relax.
Best use for sleep: Put 1-2 drops on your chest and inhale. This would also be lovely in some epsom salts and soak before bed.
Release- lastly, release is a blend to help aid in getting rid of pent up emotions. This has personally helped me get through tough times and out of funks.
Best way for sleep: apply to your sides and rub around slowly to calm yourself down.
What are you favourite ways to fall asleep?
