Balance complete is a power that helps replenish your body, provides many nutrients, and also acts as a meal replacement.

This switch has been a bit strange for me, at least once day I'm supposed to give up chewable, cookable, food for powder?
Now what does balance complete have to do with this?
Balance complete helps start your day off right. Can you say that your breakfast gives you 41% of your daily calcium, 11.5 g of protein, and 29% of your Vitamin A, C and D? Oh and 44% of your daily fibre just to name a few? I didn't think so.
The directions are to add 2 scoops to water, rice milk, whatever liquid you want. But the texture throws me off. So here are 3 recipes for a balance complete milk shake that will keep you happy until lunch or dinner.
* Note: I'm still undecided if I want to keep using soy milk. I use it because of the amount of protein it has and because it was $1 at dollarama. And frozen or fresh fruit doesn't matter.
