Today, I got paid from my part time job and one of my school districts AND I didn't have to substitute teach today. So maybe it wasn't JUST the ningxia that made me so happy.
But I had my usually shot this morning (at 7 am. Even if I don't sub. I will be up early because I'm a morning person for life!) and got down to business: wrote my blog post from yesterday (sorry again!), put on my oils, organized myself and got my reference books ready to give to their new owners, and even watched some youtube videos to relax. Took a shower, crocheted, played some don't starve and pixelmon (minecraft pokemon mod.!) and by the time that, plus dishes and a bit of cleaning got done, I left to Magrath for my part time job.
Now, I think this ningxia red juice has also given me patience. Before, I'd get kind of mad when we had to do groceries, or bake cookies during free time, or whatever. But today I was patient, I was kind, and I was accommodating. I figured I'd be raging when I got closer to the end of my work with this family because I wouldn't have the energy, but since starting this challenge, energy levels are up, patience is up, fatigue is down, I am doing good! I did have a minor-major bout of PMS today with my boyfriend, but I'm working on that.
ANYWAYS I hung out with a friend of mine this night too, chatted about some oils, had tacos, relaxed, and then I got home and had my second round of shots. And now I feel mellow but focused. I'm getting into a routine now and I really enjoy routines.
Speaking of routines, I'm reading this awesome book called 'chi to be' and it is super motivational and helps focus you and the author is a certified aromatherapist who uses young living! I'm just diving in now and am already finding great things to help me thrive with my young living sharing and caring! If you want to know more about it, Stacey Hall the author had her own youtube channel and sells her book on life science publishing (this is also the site you go to to get your essential oils reference guide)!. Anyways, loving the challenge, living happier, and am super excited to see comments roll in soon for the contest!!! |
